Shipping & Delivery — All items are handmade to order and the delivery time will vary. We will use the contact details you provided with your order and reach out to you, to agree the schedule and confirm the delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail / local delivery / collection in person). Returns & Refunds — We will strive to deliver a product that you never want to part with, but we do of course accept returns for orders within 14 days for a full refund, unless the item was made to a bespoke specification. We will do whatever is practical to ensure that you are satisfied with our product. Please use the contact page to initiate a conversation around returns.

Care & Maintenance — Our products are made from natural wood and generally treated with natural food safe oils and waxes for items that will be in contact with foods, oils and varnishes for other indoor items and approved outdoor weather proof coatings or paints for items for the garden. These three categories of items will have different needs.

For cutting boards, serving board and other culinary items, we recommend hand-washing only, do not put any wooden item in the dishwasher. We do recommend a regular coating of Scott Wood Board Butter or any food safe mineral oil, as this will help keep these products looking beautiful for longer.

Indoor furniture should be cleaned by hand with soapy water, avoid harsh detergents, as these may damage the protective coating. These can be ‘refreshed’ with furniture oil, if required. We will provide details of the coatings used at time of purchase. Owners will be informed of the best care options for their chosen items.

Outdoor furniture will need the protective coating renewed every few years, dependant on how it is stored and protected form the elements. We will provide details of the coatings used at time of purchase. Owners will be informed of the best care options for their chosen items.
